Using personality type and her background as a psychotherapist, Pat illustrates how subconscious triggers can negatively impact living authentically by activating an irrational and subconscious defense system.
In her workshops, Pat facilitates and guides participants in identifying and addressing issues that prevent a person, a relationship or a team from working at optimum performance. With instruction and experiential exercises, participants learn how to recognize the impediments to living authentically and how to maximize abilities, strengths and assets.
Understanding and appreciating the variety of talents of different personality types enables a person to fully utilize his/her gifts and abilities and to value the contribution of others.
